How it works

Introductory Call
First, we'll have an introductory call and make an appointment to call out. Whether it’s a fault call or project it is discussed briefly on the call before the call out.
Initial Call out
Faults are usually repaired on the initial call out. In the event, of the discovery of bigger issues/projects; a plan is made and agreed with you, the customer.
Safety check
A full safety check completed on site with every customer. Then our electricians will offer advice and recommendations on how to proceed with the job.
Agreement
It is then up to you, the customer, to agree to the recommendations made by the electrician. In that event, the work begins and all your electrical needs are met.
